We can ship to virtually any address in India.

 

Shipping Cost

The shipping is FREE across India.

 

Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped through iberry India are entitled for a free insurance coverage. Any damage arising due to courier mishandling should be reported to us within 2 working days. A complete replacement of the product will be provided at iberry India's sole discretion.

 

Order dispatch

All orders received before cut-off time will be dispatched to the courier partner on the same day. Orders received after cut-off time will be processed the next working day. For orders received on Sundays and other national holidays, the order will be processed on the next working day. Current cut-off time set as on 1 Oct 2011 is 14:00hrs or 2PM IST.

 

Delivery Time

The delivery time to all metro cities usually take 24-72 hours. Rest of India could take up to 7 working days. You are requested to contact the iberry support if you do not get the shipment within the above given timeline.

 

Tracking your order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with Airway Bill No. of the shipment. You can track the shipment on the courier company's website which will give you the order tracking status.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a 7-Day Return and Exchange policy.

 

Refunds

· State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

· Shipping cost is non-refundable as it went into the initial shipment of the order.

· Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Damaged or used goods will be discarded and rejected.

·  All refunds for returns are entitled to a 20% re-stocking fee deduction.

·  Order cancellation before dispatch of the goods are entitled to a 5% payment-gateway fee deduction.

 

Exchanges & Defects

Our exchanges are in the form of a return for a refund of new product or the old product itself in a rectified condition. Exchanges can be done only when the damaged / non -working model is returned to us at:-

Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:

  • Do not use the product. If the product was used, there will be no way to verify whether the defect was a manufacturing defect or caused by the user and we will not be able to proceed with the claim.
